ZZ2 is looking for a Fitter and Turner, a person who is dynamic and knowledgeable, who can perform his/ her duties purposefully and systematically within the values system of ZZ2. The successful candidate will work closely with the welding workshop manager and a team of boilermakers in a workshop environment. Typical projects will include; pump systems, manufacturing metal components and assembling them.
The successful candidate will beresponsible for maintaining and preparing different types of machinery,water pumps and implements.
Working on site and doing maintenance on site will be part of the job requirements.
Drafting quotations for various departments.
Completing timesheets daily
Constructing tools, industrial machinery and machine components is part of the job
Minimum 5 years relevant experience as a Fitter and Turner
A solid mechanical background candidates with a trade background in fitting and turning will be given preference
A valid driver's licence and own transport is compulsory
Red seal Qualifications required
