1⁄4 Cup ZZ2 Almonds
1⁄2 Cup Almond milk
1 Banana (frozen)
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tsp vanilla essence
Couple of ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass of your choice, sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon and garnish with a slice of banana.
Enjoy immediately.
